Sales & Service Center Associate – Jinja

About the role

SunCulture is seeking a Sales & Service Center Associate to manage its service centre in Jinja. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will combine customer‑facing service with sales activities, ensuring a smooth after‑sales experience and driving product conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve complaints within SLA.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SunCulture products to answer customer queries.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts.
• Process sales and after‑sales requests, following the established escalation process.
• Log all after‑sales issues in the ticket system and track resolutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized service centre and uphold operational standards.

Required profile

• Positive, empathetic attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions across phone, email and in‑person.
• Detail‑oriented approach to stock management and record‑keeping.
• Willingness to follow defined after‑sales escalation procedures.
