Sales Staff – Insurance Agency (Central)

About the role

The Sales Staff role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Central. You will be responsible for generating new business for an insurance agency by identifying prospects, presenting services and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and present agency services.
• Manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate contracts in line with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Meet set sales targets and participate in regular sales meetings.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Central and collaborating with internal teams.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional, integrity‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.
