Sales Staff – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Sales Staff role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Central. You will engage with prospective and existing customers, present insurance products and services, and provide accurate information to support purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers both in person and over the phone.
• Present insurance products, answer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on leads, prepare basic sales documentation and maintain client records.
• Support promotional activities and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication, including clear presentation and active listening.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities with an understanding of customer needs.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and follow‑ups.
• Comfortable working in an on‑site, client‑facing environment in Central.
• Proactive, responsible attitude and ability to meet defined performance targets.
• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer‑facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as email.
• Experience using spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (advantageous).
