Sales Team Lead

About the role

SunCulture is seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage field sales teams across Bweyale and Arua. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will drive sales performance, recruit and train agents, and ensure an excellent client experience in the energy‑focused agricultural sector.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and onboard sales agents to meet company KPIs.
• Conduct daily and weekly check‑ins to maximise team productivity.
• Track lead generation, sales pipelines and report performance metrics.
• Coordinate post‑sale customer service to strengthen the brand.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and exceed sales targets.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and local communities to promote SunCulture products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales role within the energy sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to plan and execute to achieve outcomes.
• Comfort working under deadline pressure.
