Sales Team Manager (Insurance)

About the role
The Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead its insurance sales force. Reporting to the Insurance Agency Manager, you will oversee a group of sales agents, ensuring they achieve monthly targets while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, monitor and train sales agents to improve performance.
- Assist the team in closing sales deals and generating new business.
- Identify and develop sales leads and new market opportunities.
- Recruit and assess potential talent for the sales team.
- Drive the team to meet or exceed the company’s monthly sales targets.
- Motivate and inspire agents to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related field.
- Proven experience in sales and a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong communication, business planning, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
