Senior Analyst – Planning and Analytics Business Intelligence

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will use analytics, modelling and AI to uncover opportunities that improve operations and the customer journey. The role also monitors performance and market trends to translate data into actionable strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform customer‑level analytics to explain performance trends and support timely decision‑making.
• Design, develop and maintain user‑friendly PowerBI dashboards, ensuring consistency and a great user experience.
• Develop and maintain machine‑learning models for forecasting churn, customer behaviour and business outcomes.
• Partner with commercial teams to deliver tailored analytics solutions, support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning and advanced analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of telecom KPIs, revenue models and operational metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI, PowerPoint and Excel modelling.
• Experience building, deploying and maintaining machine‑learning models.
