About the role
The organization seeks experienced professionals to join its Project Management Cell as Senior Consultants on a contract basis. The role is aimed at retired experts from public sector undertakings, government departments, autonomous bodies, institutes, former employees of MOIL, and other domain specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight for ongoing and upcoming projects within the cell.
- Leverage past experience to advise on best practices, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Mentor junior staff and facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.
Required profile
- Retired or former senior personnel from PSUs, government agencies, autonomous bodies, or related institutes.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management within the energy, utilities, or mining sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
