Senior Operations Analyst

About the role

The Senior Operations Analyst will execute daily operational tasks, monitor internal tools, support process audits and help identify improvement opportunities across business operations. Working closely with the Operations Control Manager and cross‑functional teams, the role ensures timely resolution of issues and contributes to continuous process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks independently with full accuracy.
• Follow up on operational issues, manage escalations and ensure timely closure.
• Participate in regular process audits, perform daily and monthly checks, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Monitor the status of internal tools, troubleshoot problems and coordinate escalations to maintain tool availability.
• Organise and deliver training sessions on internal tools for internal users.
• Collaborate with the Operations Control Manager to identify and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in preparing operational reporting tools and communicate findings to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational analysis or a similar role, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross‑functional teams and delivering training.
• Ability to prioritise tasks based on business needs and meet deadlines.
