Senior SAP Business One Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior SAP Business One Consultant to join our ERP delivery team. The role involves leading end‑to‑end SAP Business One implementations, upgrades and support engagements, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and delivering projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP Business One support activities, ensuring issue resolution and meeting Service Level Agreements.
• Administer SAP installations, configure, maintain and optimise SAP Business One, SQL Server and SAP HANA environments.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops, producing clear meeting minutes.
• Design and document business processes, flow diagrams and comprehensive Business Blueprints.
• Configure, develop and test solutions across development, test and production environments, including rollout activities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end‑users and secure formal sign‑off.
• Deliver remote and onsite training sessions throughout project execution.
• Manage data migration: extract, cleanse, map and import data from legacy systems into SAP Business One.
• Prepare for and support Go‑Live activities, providing post‑Go‑Live hand‑holding and hyper‑care.
• Provide ongoing system support, including patches, kernel updates, add‑ons, support notes and upgrades.
• Contribute to project documentation, status reporting, knowledge sharing and pre‑sales activities such as demonstrations and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior SAP Business One consultant.
• Proactive attitude with strong client liaison and communication skills.
• Ability to lead implementation and support projects from start to finish.
• Excellent analytical skills for business process design and documentation.
• Comfortable delivering training and facilitating workshops.
