Toolkit Management Project Lead (Green)

About the role

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Toolkit Management Project Lead for the Toolkits Management Uganda project. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering the toolkit management workstream for the International Trade Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Own implementation planning, partners, schedule, risks, controls, donor/client reporting, and acceptance for Uganda toolkit management.
• Baseline the role work package, deliverables, resource assignments, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, and reporting calendar.
• Coordinate client decisions and cross‑workstream handoffs; maintain the integrated schedule, action register, and accountable owners.
• Control scope, budget, risks, issues, changes, and quality reviews; escalate variances with documented recovery actions.
• Conduct deliverable reviews, obtain acceptance, complete operational handoff, and close the work package with a reconciled evidence file.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience performing Toolkit Management Project Lead responsibilities in public‑sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
