Service Center Advisor – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

MTN Uganda is looking for enthusiastic Service Center Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service and support sales initiatives across its branches in Kampala and Jinja. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers with queries, complaints and product education while ensuring the service centre operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Drive excellent customer service and maintain service centre standards.
• Assist the Service Centre Manager with daily operations and dual‑control implementation.
• Handle customer problems, queries, complaints and requests promptly.
• Educate customers on MTN products and services.
• Escalate issues for speedy resolution and support company‑wide initiatives.
• Supervise third‑party teams and support the Service Centre Supervisor in operational activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in a service‑oriented environment.
• Good knowledge of sales and retail industry trends and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑focused skills.
