Service Centre Advisor – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

MTN Uganda is looking for Service Centre Advisors to join its customer‑facing teams in Kampala and Jinja. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, handling customer enquiries, complaints and sales queries, and promoting the company’s products and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive excellent customer service within the service centre.
• Assist the Service Centre Manager with daily operations and dual‑control implementation.
• Handle customer problems, queries, complaints and requests promptly.
• Educate customers on MTN products and services.
• Escalate issues to ensure speedy resolution.
• Support company‑wide business initiatives at the branch level.
• Supervise third‑party teams and ensure standards are maintained.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in a service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to work with little supervision.
