Special Projects Lead

About the role

The Special Projects Lead reports to the Country Manager and acts as a strategic, hands‑on operational partner. This role drives business scalability, tackles complex operational challenges, and leads cross‑functional initiatives aligned with company and country objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with management to align projects with objectives, define deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support rollout of strategy‑related projects across marketing, activations, retention, technology, product, and other areas.
• Lead projects to optimise collections and partner with HR on people‑related initiatives.
• Manage regulatory risk monitoring and reporting.

Required profile

• Honours degree in Engineering or Finance.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to gain buy‑in for change and deliver measurable impact.
• Humble yet ambitious, confident in making quick decisions and challenging the status quo.
• Exceptional problem‑solving ability and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across all levels.
