Sponsorship Manager (Hybrid – Uganda)

About the role

Urban Flow Parkour Africa is seeking a dynamic Sponsorship Manager to lead partnership development and sponsorship acquisition for its Uganda branch. The role blends remote strategic planning with on‑the‑ground relationship building across the country, supporting the organisation’s mission to empower youth through parkour.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sponsorships, partnerships and funding opportunities for Urban Flow Parkour Africa – Uganda.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, NGOs, schools and community partners.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure delivery of agreed‑upon value.
• Collaborate with the Uganda Country Director and Continental HQ to align sponsorships with organisational goals.
• Report on sponsorship performance, renewals and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, sponsorship or fundraising.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for youth development and community empowerment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Based in Uganda with flexibility to travel locally.
