About the role
Donswift Company Limited is hiring a Stock Officer in Kampala (Kamwokya) within the FMCG retail and fashion sector. The role covers receiving, storing and issuing stock, keeping inventory records accurate and reporting issues such as shortages or damages.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, record and issue stock, making sure all products are properly stored and accounted for.
- Monitor stock levels, carry out regular stock counts and update inventory records.
- Report shortages, damages or discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, safely stored and checked for expiry dates.
Required profile
- Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement and Logistics, Inventory Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in stock control, inventory management or stores operations.
Required skills
- Strong numerical skills.
- Record-keeping ability.
- Computer skills.
