About the role
The International University of East Africa is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support the Electrical Engineering program. This full‑time position involves assisting students in both laboratory and tutorial settings.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in electrical engineering laboratories, ensuring equipment is set up and safe for student use.
- Support tutorial sessions by guiding students through problem‑solving activities.
- Provide academic support, answering student queries and helping with coursework.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in higher‑education teaching.
- Ability to assist in laboratories, tutorials, and other academic support activities.
