Technical Project Manager

About the role

ProdActive is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑organization projects in the healthcare sector. You will coordinate teams, develop detailed plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and objectives with all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, design, and development teams.
• Manage compliance with client guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Document and report on development progress and issues.
• Execute and adjust project work plans to meet changing requirements.
• Track progress with detailed project plans and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and third parties.
• Allocate resources, verify scope changes, and control schedule and costs.
• Measure performance using appropriate tools and report risks to management.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager in a high‑tech or technological company, preferably in the medical field.
• Knowledge of regulatory and review processes for medical products.
• Strong client‑facing and internal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
