Territory Sales Representative – Entebbe

About the role

The Territory Sales Representative will lead the development and growth of profitable new business in Entebbe, manage key customer relationships and act as the primary field resource, spending most of the time interacting face‑to‑face with prospects and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Customer Service Centre Manager to design and execute a sales plan that meets monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Achieve sales growth and profitability by maximizing face time with prospective customers and promoting LPG products and solutions.
• Prospect, research and identify new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Prepare and confidently present sales proposals, including pricing and terms, to key decision‑makers.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring the best interests of the company and the customer.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for customers, building strong relationships and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to post‑sale support.
• Communicate regularly on sales progress, report key performance indicators and resolve any issues that arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or territory sales, preferably within the LPG or related energy sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to plan and execute sales activities independently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to engage with the local community and adapt prospecting activities to customer availability.
