Toddler Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood team. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers, supporting their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence Education philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Maintain a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere and build positive relationships with children and families.
• Implement and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety standards, and company policies.
• Document accidents, incidents, and behavior reports accurately.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Ability to recognize and respond to diverse developmental and cultural needs.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with families and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and supervised classroom.
