About the role
The Customer Services Officer Trainer will strengthen technical capability through structured training and support day‑to‑day technical operations, field support, quality assurance, equipment accountability, research and development, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training and staff development programs.
- Provide technical support and coordinate field activities.
- Supervise operations and ensure quality assurance.
- Lead projects, research and development initiatives.
- Manage tools, stock and administrative support.
Required profile
- Diploma in automotive or mechanical engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technically proficient, analytical and strong problem‑solver.
- Customer‑centric, organized, self‑motivated and good communicator.
- Valid motorbike permit and ability to ride a motorbike.
Required skills
- Automotive engineering knowledge.
- Mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Telematics industry knowledge (advantage).
