Transactional Products Officer

About the role

The Transactional Products Officer will drive growth of the bank's liabilities portfolio by analysing product performance, designing new offerings and managing existing transactional and liability products. The role ensures accurate revenue collection, monitors concessions, and provides actionable insights to product and segment heads.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse product performance and develop product proposals based on customer feedback and business surveys.
• Monitor fee lines, pricing accuracy and revenue collection across all transactional products.
• Review concession books to ensure compliance, profitability and prevent revenue leakage.
• Produce transactional liability reports and recommend actions to improve product economics.
• Participate in Business Development Committee meetings to identify cross‑sell opportunities and support relationship managers.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Transactional Products and Liabilities to present proposals to the product committee.

Required profile

• First degree in Business, Commerce or a related field from a recognised institution.
• 3‑4 years of experience in consumer banking with strong financial modelling capability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial, reputational and regulatory risk.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to make independent decisions.
