Treasury Sales Officer

About the role

The Treasury Sales Officer will develop and manage a pipeline of retail, corporate and institutional clients for foreign exchange (FX) and money market products. You will originate, price and execute transactions while ensuring compliance with limits and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a client pipeline for FX spot, forwards, swaps and money‑market placements.
• Price, execute and settle FX and money‑market deals, ensuring accurate documentation and audit trails.
• Provide market insights, quotes and hedging strategies to clients.
• Monitor delegated dealing limits, obtain pre‑trade approvals and manage exceptions.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Operations, Credit, Finance and Market Risk to ensure smooth trade processing.
• Prepare sales performance reports, including pipeline volume, spreads and income.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of FX and money‑market products, pricing mechanisms and market drivers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk, liquidity and balance‑sheet constraints.
• Attention to compliance, KYC/AML and internal policy adherence.
