Volunteer – Marketing, Communications & Arts

About the role

The Vipawa Children’s Art Museum is looking for dedicated volunteers to help create enriching artistic experiences for children. Volunteers will assist in marketing and communications as well as support visual and performance‑arts instruction, contributing to program development and community outreach. All roles are fully voluntary and require the applicant to live in the Jinja area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
• Support social media and other communication channels.
• Help plan and deliver visual and performance‑arts workshops.
• Collaborate with staff to develop new educational activities.
• Provide on‑site support during museum events and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Residence within the Jinja vicinity.
• Passion for children’s art and education.
• Willingness to commit time on a voluntary basis.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
