Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to oversee the full cycle of material handling in our warehouse. The role ensures accurate stock records, smooth flow of goods, and a safe, organized working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, regular inventory checks and preparation of outbound orders.
• Enforce company safety protocols, conduct routine hazard inspections and promptly address safety issues.
• Implement and sustain 5S standards to keep the facility organized, clean and productivity‑focused.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks such as shift coordination, cross‑team communication with purchasing, logistics and sales, and preparation of operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or material handling environments.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and ability to conduct inspections.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology and continuous improvement practices.
• Good communication skills for coordination with multiple departments.
