Issuing Officer – Shipping Coordination

About the role

The Issuing Officer will coordinate and manage the shipping of raw materials from the warehouse to production and logistics partners. This role ensures that shipping orders are accurate, documentation is complete, and deliveries are on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipping operations for raw materials from the warehouse.
• Process and issue shipping orders in the ERP system.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure all shipping documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Prepare shipping reports and support data‑analysis activities as required.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining 5S standards and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse operations, shipping coordination, logistics, or a related administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or warehouse‑management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work accurately under pressure.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
