About the role
We are looking for a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist to join our finance team. In this role you will ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining up‑to‑date records and supporting budgeting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks and maintain ledger entries.
- Process payments, invoices and related financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and various accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and summary documents for internal use.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline financial processes.
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
- Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Familiarity with accounting software.
