About the role

The company is seeking an experienced FMCG Sales Supervisor to lead its sales operations in Kampala. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution channels, and ensuring strong product visibility at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

  • Set, drive, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and expand sales channels across Kampala.
  • Create product awareness and visibility for end‑users at points of sale.
  • Supervise, motivate, and guide the field sales team.
  • Perform any other duties related to sales operations as assigned.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Kampala FMCG market.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to meet targets and work effectively under pressure.
