Key Lead – Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer enjoys a high‑quality in‑store experience by supervising daily floor operations and coaching the sales team. As a member of the store leadership team, the role drives performance through excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines, ensuring the store is ready for business.
• Operate Register and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
• Fulfill OMNI‑Channel orders and manage inventory control.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays that reflect brand standards.
• Analyze sales and operational reports to support decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and oversee loss‑prevention measures.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• Experience supervising a retail floor and coaching brand representatives and stock associates.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a leadership team.
• Commitment to achieving daily sales and performance goals.
