About the role
The Key Lead ensures every customer enjoys a high‑quality in‑store experience by supervising daily floor operations and coaching the sales team. As a member of the store leadership team, the role drives performance through excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing routines, ensuring the store is ready for business.
- Operate Register and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Fulfill OMNI‑Channel orders and manage inventory control.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays that reflect brand standards.
- Analyze sales and operational reports to support decision‑making.
- Protect store assets and oversee loss‑prevention measures.
- Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
Required profile
- Experience supervising a retail floor and coaching brand representatives and stock associates.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a leadership team.
- Commitment to achieving daily sales and performance goals.
