Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team of early childhood educators. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence Education philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Lead daily classroom operations, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs, including implementation of IEPs and behavioral plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, staff, and leadership using Cadence‑required tools.
• Document accidents, incidents, and behavior reports in accordance with company policy.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to safety procedures.
• Commitment to professional development and teamwork.
