Product Manager – DWDM, OTN, OptiX, ROADM

About the role

Huawei Uganda is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and market positioning of its WDM portfolio, including DWDM, OTN, OptiX and ROADM solutions. The role combines data‑driven market analysis, digital operations support and cross‑product development coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market and customer data to generate insights that support strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute branding and marketing solutions based on customer, network and service information.
• Maintain market landscape and competition information, supporting digital operation tools such as the operation map and sandbox.
• Assist in creating solution implementation plans, promote solution development, and facilitate customer communication to achieve market goals.
• Build and maintain the local Three Cloud store for the representative office, ensuring content is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong background in WDM products and understanding of delivery models.
• Experience with product strategy and go‑to‑market execution.
