Sales Executive – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth across Luweero Town, Nakaseke and Nakasongola. This full‑time, on‑site position involves active prospecting, client visits and the promotion of the agency’s insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territories.
• Visit potential and existing clients, present insurance solutions and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report on performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build long‑term relationships, gather market feedback and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the agency professionally and uphold ethical standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to understand client needs.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office software or mobile apps.
• Relevant field‑sales or marketing experience is a plus.
• Minimum secondary school certificate; further training in Business or Marketing is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within Luweero Town, Nakaseke and Nakasongola.
