Sales Executive – Printed Products & Signage

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Kampala team. You will drive new business growth and manage existing client relationships for our printed products, promotional items, and signage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, cold‑call, and generate leads to expand the customer base.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and prepare accurate quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed sales records and track performance against targets.
• Provide ongoing customer support, gather feedback, and contribute to sales strategy development.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including lead generation and closing deals.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of printed products, promotional items, and signage, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on‑site environment.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; printing or signage experience is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
