About the role
Kinaxis is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to help large enterprise customers unlock the full business value of our supply‑chain solutions. This remote position serves clients across France and works closely with sales, renewals and product teams to drive adoption, growth and long‑term satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted, long‑term partnerships with executive and senior stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Establish and maintain a governance model that includes executive business reviews, stakeholder mapping and regular success‑plan cadence.
- Develop customized success plans that align customer business drivers with KPIs, time‑to‑value and renewal readiness.
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewals to identify, qualify and hand over upsell, cross‑sell and next‑sell opportunities.
- Track licenses, users and scenarios to enhance account value and support commercial growth.
- Analyze account usage, health and risk signals to surface expansion opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing strategic, enterprise‑level customer relationships.
- Strong consultative and commercial acumen with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior executives.
- Self‑starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
