About the role

The Accounts Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the finance team, handling both payable and receivable functions. This entry‑level position offers an opportunity to develop practical accounting skills in a dynamic banking and finance environment.

Key responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and issue customer bills, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
Track incoming and outgoing payments and follow up on overdue balances.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts and credit‑card reports.
Enter daily financial transactions and journal entries into the accounting system.
Maintain organized digital and physical financial files and respond to billing queries.

Required profile

Entry‑level candidate with at least 12 months of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

Proficiency with accounting software.
