Operations Analyst

About the role

The role is fast‑paced and hands‑on, supporting the Supply function to execute sustainable process improvement by leading Manufacturing Excellence processes using MMS tools and EISC methodologies. You will work within Uganda Breweries Limited to help deliver world‑class production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sustainable process improvement by organizing, aligning and leading Manufacturing Excellence (ME) processes.
• Ensure the MMS platform is optimised to support and assess change processes.
• Engage in Daily Operational Review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and report performance and practice progress across the Supply function.
• Support loss and waste assessment and problem‑solving activities.
• Implement global standards across supply where applicable.

Required profile

• Graduate in a supply‑chain related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years’ experience in an FMCG environment in a similar role.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage cross‑functionally.
• Strong interpersonal, decision‑making and analytical skills.
• Self‑directed, motivated and able to manage projects to deadlines.
• Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility across functions.
