Production Operator (Shift)

About the role
The role focuses on interpreting and implementing the production plan, monitoring and controlling production processes during a shift, and using the correct tools in line with VPO standards.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and implement the production plan for the shift.
- Monitor and control production processes using VPO tools such as OWS, Team Rooms, and 5S.
- Perform quality analysis to ensure process quality and productivity.
- Manage waste and by‑products, and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
- Execute VPO implementation plans and ensure shift goals are met.
- Apply problem‑solving techniques and follow escalation procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant production or manufacturing experience.
- Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and detail‑focused.
- Ethical, team‑player with strong communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with OWS (Operational Work System).
- Use of Team Rooms digital collaboration tools.
- Application of 5S lean methodology.
- General computer skills.
