About the role

Restless Development Uganda is seeking a Project Finance & Administration Coordinator to manage the financial and administrative aspects of its youth employment portfolio. The role supports the implementation of youth‑led programmes across 13 districts, ensuring that resources are used effectively and in line with safeguarding standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate financial planning, budgeting and reporting for the youth employment portfolio.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with donor and organisational requirements.
  • Manage procurement processes, contracts and timely payments.
  • Liaise with partner organisations, youth‑led groups and stakeholders to facilitate smooth programme delivery.
  • Support the implementation of safeguarding policies and protect vulnerable beneficiaries.
  • Assist youth‑led organisations in building capacity for financial management.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation for audits and donor reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and support internal audit processes.
