Customer Success & Marketplace Support Intern

About the role

SpareHub is looking for a motivated intern to help drivers, mechanics and vendors navigate its automotive marketplace. You will assist users with vehicle registration, parts searches and ensure that requests move toward successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Guide drivers and mechanics on how to use the SpareHub platform.
• Assist users with vehicle registration, parts searches and marketplace requests.
• Connect customers with appropriate vendors and follow up on parts requests.
• Communicate with vendors regarding customer requests when needed.
• Identify recurring customer issues and report them to the product team.
• Document user feedback to improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Patient and comfortable helping different types of users.
• Good problem‑solving ability.
• Organized and responsive.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and smartphones.
• Professional communication via phone, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Interest in technology, automotive or customer experience is a plus.
