Sales Executive – Kampala (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

Power Products Uganda Ltd, an authorised distributor of Kärcher cleaning equipment and supplier of welding machines, generators, thermal foggers and spare parts, is looking for early-career Sales Executives in Kampala. The role is full-time and on-site, and suits people who enjoy talking to people and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Find and win new customers through visits, calls, WhatsApp and social media
• Understand each client's needs and recommend the right machine
• Prepare quotations, follow up leads and close sales
• Build lasting relationships with existing customers for repeat business
• Demonstrate machines at client sites and in the showroom
• Hit monthly sales targets and report on the pipeline

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• 0-3 years of sales experience (B2B or equipment sales is a plus)
• Confident communication in English; Luganda is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in the field
• Interest in machinery and willingness to learn the technical side (training provided)

Required skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
