Driver – Guest Transportation

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a reliable Driver to transport guests to and from assigned destinations using the property vehicle. The role involves ensuring safe, punctual, and courteous service while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to designated locations and back, following scheduled routes.
• Document each trip before departure and after completion.
• Park the vehicle in the assigned area when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, and fluid levels; refuel as needed.
• Report any maintenance needs, incidents, damages, or accidents to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all guests, including assistance for individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Capability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Required skills

• Basic vehicle operation and maintenance knowledge.
• Clear and professional verbal communication.
• Proficiency with basic electronic devices (e.g., two‑way radios, pagers, email).
