About the role

Taban Invest Group is hiring a full-time Finance and Administrative Officer based in Kampala, Kamwokya. The role covers finance and inventory management, accounting support and general administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure regular and accurate finance and inventory management.
  • Assist management in strategy formulation.
  • Keep the books of accounts aligned and reconcile all finance-related issues.
  • Handle company business transactions with high integrity.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accounting briefs.
  • Carry out any other tasks that arise from time to time.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, business administration, economics or a related course.
  • 3 years of experience.
  • Hands-on approach; logistics experience and knowledge of analytics are an added advantage.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of Tally and QuickBooks accounting software (required).
  • CPA is an added advantage.
