Head of Operations

About the role

The Head of Operations will lead Beyond Logistics Ltd’s warehouse and transport functions, ensuring operations are predictable, disciplined and scalable while supporting profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations through the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
• Ensure efficient inbound handling, storage, order fulfilment, distribution and transport coordination.
• Drive throughput optimisation and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Design, implement and continuously improve standard operating processes for FMCG warehousing, distribution, transportation and importation.
• Lead development of scalable processes and support 3PL service design.
• Ensure at least 80 % of operations run on standardised processes.
• Oversee Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP workflow utilisation, identify automation opportunities and improve system performance.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and maintain audit‑ready compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Proven experience managing warehouse and transport teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of compliance and quality management in logistics.
