Head of Operations

About the role

Lana is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the day‑to‑day execution of interior architecture projects. You will act as the bridge between creative design and operational delivery, ensuring projects move from concept to completion on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple interior architecture projects from design development through handover, managing schedules, work plans, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with design intent and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate interior architects, designers, contractors, and external consultants, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving workflow issues.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and firm drawings for accuracy and constructability, facilitating smooth transitions from concept to technical documentation and site execution.
• Manage material selection, procurement schedules, and supplier coordination, evaluating vendor performance, pricing, and quality.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure proper execution, quality control, and adherence to approved designs.

Required profile

• Entry‑level professional with approximately 12 months of relevant experience in interior architecture or related project management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with designers, contractors, and clients.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can mentor junior team members and uphold operational standards.
