About the role
The Insurance Agency is looking for motivated Sales Staff to join its branch. You will work under the guidance of a Sales Manager, using consultative sales methods and marketing strategies to grow the agency's client base. Key responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
