Regional Sales Manager – Northern Uganda

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales activities across Northern Uganda, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for MARKH Investments. You will develop strategies, manage a sales team, and build strong relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Monitor performance, set targets, and implement corrective actions to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management.
• Identify new market opportunities, territories, and customer segments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, power products or FMCG sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is an advantage.
