About the role
ACLAIM Africa Limited is expanding its Organizational Effectiveness capability in Kampala. The firm seeks two entry‑level analysts – a Risk & Compliance Analyst and a Research & Data Analyst – to strengthen its consulting services for clients in health, agribusiness, environment, financial inclusion and oil & gas.
Key responsibilities
- Risk & Compliance Analyst: perform internal audits, identify and assess operational risks, support governance and compliance frameworks, monitor internal controls, and prepare risk‑related reports.
- Research & Data Analyst: design and execute research projects, conduct monitoring and evaluation activities, analyse statistical data, develop data visualisations, and maintain knowledge‑management resources.
Required profile
- Relevant academic background such as finance, economics, statistics, social sciences or a related discipline.
- Entry‑level experience or internship exposure (minimum one month of relevant work).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
