About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. In this role you will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, initiating contact across multiple channels, and qualifying leads for senior sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers in international markets.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, and buying readiness using defined methodologies.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
- Provide continuous feedback on prospect objections, market trends, and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power supply.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
