Sales Engineer – Pumping Systems

About the role
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth of pumping system solutions for our client. The role combines technical expertise with customer‑focused sales activities to increase margins and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries, advising clients on the most suitable pumps for their projects.
- Prepare and manage quotations, process orders and keep clients updated on progress.
- Record, analyse and report sales data in line with internal systems.
- Conduct regular client and dealer visits to support business development.
- Maintain high service quality, build strong customer relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and health‑safety regulations.
Required profile
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent pump courses).
- 3‑5 years of professional sales experience in engineering.
- Project‑management qualification or equivalent experience leading project planning and implementation.
- Strong command of English, excellent telephone etiquette and a commitment to customer care.
- Familiarity with KSB Pumps & Valves products is an advantage.
