Sales Executive – Luweero Town, Nakaseke, Nakasongola

About the role

The Sales Executive will be based on‑site in Kampala while serving the territories of Luweero Town, Nakaseke and Nakasongola. This full‑time position focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets for an insurance agency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned regions.
• Visit potential and existing clients to present products and services.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets.
• Prepare basic reports on client interactions, sales performance and market feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and update internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Good organisational and time‑management capabilities for planning daily routes and client visits.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to understand client needs.
• Minimum secondary school certificate; additional training or diploma in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Luweero Town, Nakaseke and Nakasongola.
