About the role

The Sales & Marketing Associate will work on‑site in Kampala, engaging with both potential and existing clients to promote the agency’s insurance products and services. The role combines customer service excellence with proactive sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and existing clients to promote insurance products.
• Execute sales strategies and conduct outbound customer outreach.
• Deliver product training sessions to clients and internal teams.
• Support marketing initiatives, including campaign execution and collateral distribution.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proven sales aptitude – ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Experience training others to enhance team capabilities.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional on‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
